hope in communities where hope has faded or has been lost. We provide programs and activities that will produce sustainability and enrichment in the neighborhoods we serve! Our goal is to revitalize our communities with projects, food assistance, health awareness, job readiness, employment and educational opportunities with a key focus on senior and youth support. We firmly believe it takes vision and the efforts of a community to help open

the doors of opportunity and bring prosperity in the lives of those who need us. UCDC has committed to being the fore runners of that dream!
